The 297,377-dwt NaveQuasar (built 2010) and the 297,201-dwt Nave Buena Suerte (built 2011) willjoin the growing VLCC pool in first quarter of 2014.
Navios will allocate one vessel to the VL8 for pool participation, while thesecond vessel will be time-chartered to Navig8.
“This is a significant step for Navig8, extending the relationship between ourcompanies to the VLCC sector, in addition to our current cooperation onchemical carriers, handy tankers and LR1 tankers,” Navig8 said.
