The Norwegian company said net earnings to 31 December were NOK9.6m ($1.58m), against NOK 8.9m in the same period of 2012.
It gained NOK 2.4m in tax, as it benefited to a greaterextent from the tonnage tax system, against a NOK 9.9m bill last year.
Revenue was down at NOK 19.4m, from NOK 29m the year before.
It said reduced earnings from shipping activities were mainlydown to significantly lower income in the ethylene segment, as well as theplanned completion of 10 drydockings.
