The facilities in Montrealand Quebec City are for the storage and handling of refined product. Nofinancial details were disclosed.
The acquisition, which strengthens its presence ineastern Canada, also increases local storage capacity to 712,000-cbm.
Thenewly acquired Vopak terminals in Montreal and in Quebec City have a storagecapacity of 339,000-cbm and 170,000-cbm respectively.
Thisis set to be expanded with the construction of an extra 72,000-cbm of capacity inMontreal, which is due to be commissioned in early 2015.
