Trogir Maritime will take delivery of the ships in September 2015 and March 2016.
The yard told the Zagreb stock exchange that the vessels are 49,500 dwt, with a length of 183 metres.
They will carry oil products and chemicals.
Trogir is listed as having one 2001-built handysize bulker.
