In a statement the NewYork-listed owner said it plans to charter the vessels back to Methane ServicesLtd (MSL) under fixtures that carry an average duration of six years.

“MSL will also have options to extendthe term of the time charters for two of the ships for a period of either threeor five years at its election,” the operator added.

GasLog, which is based in Monaco, failed to identify the 145,000-dwt vessels by name but said all threewere built in 2007 and are sisterships of the trio it recently purchased fromthe same seller.
