Overall volumes were 48.2m tonnes to 31March, up 2.5% year-on-year.
Container traffic rose 2.1% to 26mtonnes, while liquid bulk throughput was 15.1m tonnes, up 6.2%.
Dry bulk volume was 3.47m tonnes, down 2.3%,however, and steel cargoes fell 5.5% to 1.56m tonnes.
