The Italian owner said the 50,000-dwt High Sun has been delivered to Eco Tankers, its joint venture with Venice Shipping and Logistics, in which DIS has 33% interest.
The ship, built at Hyundai Vinashin, has been fixed to a leading oil refining company for three years.
The sistership High Fidelity has won a charter of two years. Both are at "very profitable levels", it said.
