The company said the deal included thedisposal of three bunker barges to Ciane Spa.
They operate in Genoa, Savona, La Speziaand Marina di Carrara.
All crews and some shore staff havetransferred to Ciane.
Vroon said Petrolmar, bought inApril, will “now focus solely on its bitumen tanker business.”
It currently has two double-hulled bitumentankers built in 2009 and 2004.
