Ronin has snapped up 1,875,000 shares in the Nasdaq-quoted products tanker owner to give it a 9.9% chunk of the company, a filing showed.
Its stake is worth $3.98m based on the last trade of the owner’s shares in the US last night.
Pistiolis is the largest investor in Top with two thirds of the shares, according to filings released prior to the owner’s latest equity issue.
