Robert Johnston has retired from Overseas Shipholding Group after leading the company out of Chapter 11.
Johnston, who took the chief executive’s seat when Morten Arntzen departed in February 2013, will exit with immediate effect.
Henry Flinter, who took over from Johnston as president of the owner’s US flag business, chief finance officer Ian Blackley and Lois Zabrocky, who heads the international flag operation, will share the chief executive’s tasks on an interim basis.
