Both vessels are due for delivery from Vietnam’s Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard in the first quarter of 2015.
Navig8 said it has the option to take delivery of the vessels from Vinashin or take them under a bareboat charter from the seller for up to 12 months after which it would take over ownership.
