Centralised Terminals Sdn Bhd (CTSB), a joint venture between MISC and the Dialog Group, says it is trying to recover losses and damages.
Tanjung Langsat Port is said to have failed to provide a minimum draft of 16.5 metres at the approaching channel to enable partially laden VLCCs access to the berth.
The concession to operate and manage the port and jetty facilities was awarded to Tanjung Langsat Port in April 2007.
