The state shipowner said it had loaded cargoes on time when advised by PSO and other clients.
It added PSO had frequently changed lifting dates due to delays by suppliers.
In 2014, it loaded 87 shipments of fuel oil and 34 gasoline cargoes well within time, it said in a statement, according to domestic media.
PNSC also said its demurrage costs of PKR 935m ($9.26m)
