US-based Kinder Morgan has reached an agreement with Vopak for the company’s north and south Wilmington terminals and the Galena Park terminal.
The two first hubs are located in North Carolina and the latter in Texas.
They have a combined operational capacity of 300,750 cbm.
Vopak said this move is in line with its strategic decision to dispose of 15 smaller terminals.
It will also sell its plot of land located in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
