The company said the unnamed vessel in question is 158,000 dwt and built in 2012 in South Korea.
It has signed a deal for a year, with another 12 months as an option.
In December, it concluded a similar agreement for a half-share of a suezmax that will trade in the Stena Sonangol Suezmax pool, where the latest addition will also work.
