The Oslo-listed company said net earnings were $3.74m to 31 December, compared to a loss of $0.9m in the third quarter of 2014.
Revenue grew to $27.4m from $20.7m in a stronger market.
The company, which was incorporated in January 2014, posted a loss of $3.12m for its first year of existence.
Suezmax rates rose to $26,367 per day in the fourth quarter from $20,529 in the third quarter, while VLCCs soared to $32,051 from $16,734.
