The New York-listed tanker and offshore vessel owner said Charles Fabrikant, currently executive chairman, will become the new CEO.
The company has also brought in John Gellert and Eric Fabrikant as joint chief operating officers (COOs).
Gellert will oversee offshore marine services and Fabrikant will be in charge of transportation services, Witt O'Brien's and CLEANCOR Energy Solutions.
CFO Matthew Cenac and chief legal officer Paul Robinson become executive vice presidents.
