The state-owned company said net earnings to 31 December were PKR 183.52m ($1.8m), against PKR 248.94m in the same period of 2013.
Revenue from its tankers and bulkers fell to PKR 1.93bn from PKR 1.99bn, while costs were higher at PKR 1.66bn from PKR 1.65bn the year before.
It said low bulker rates presented a challenge, but dirty and clean tanker rates improved.
