The company, in which Trafigura has a 49% stake, is a global integrated midstream and downstream energy concern.
In addition to the Milford Haven facility in Wales, the acquisition also includes three inland terminals in England at Westerleigh, Theale and Bedworth.
Puma Energy says it will convert the Milford Haven site into a storage facility. No financial terms were disclosed.
