In a brief statement, the Iraqi ministry of oil said a settlement had been reached between the two parties.
They agreed that when current contracts between MMS and the KRG expire, the company will not load or transport Kurdish oil, unless it is sold through the country’s State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO).
Iraq filed a lawsuit against the Gregory Callimanopoulos-led firm in September over cargoes worth around $300m.
