Analysts Frode Morkedal and Herman Hildan made the call after strong demand pushed wet markets to the best first quarter since 2008.

In a report today the analysts said: “The tanker market has been active and firming on the back of surging oil trade (Saudi Arabia as an example is producing at the highest in two years) reflecting both strong pull on demand (high refinery utilization globally) and inventory buildups.
