The Malaysian-flag ship, owned by Kekuatan Perkasa Jaya but operated by Oceanlink of Singapore, was one of six Singapore-based bunker tankers arrested by Phillips 66 International Trading — the Singapore arm of US-based energy trader Phillips 66 — after OW Bunker’s collapse last November.

Phillips 66 claimed these vessels had misdelivered their cargoes of bunker fuel, as it held title to the cargo, despite the bills of lading being made to the order of OW.
