The company, spun off from Tankerska Plovidba this year, said the 50,000-dwt Vukovar is due from Hyundai Mipo on 29 April.
It will earn $17,250 per day from a “prominent charterer” on delivery.
It is one of two sisterships bought by TNG at Mipo with the proceeds of its $31.5m IPO cash and bank debt.
TNG said the deal outperformed its forecast made ahead of the IPO, and the ship is now estimated to be worth more than its purchase price of $36.5m.
