Pyxis Tankers has completed a merger deal that gives it a listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The Greek owner of six products tankers announced the closed merger shortly after TradeWinds reported that shareholders of combination target LookSmart were expected to approve the agreement.
The transaction sees Pyxis garner a New York listing through unconventional means, by taking over the listing of a struggling internet search provider in exchange for $4m of the tanker owner's shares.
