Norway’s DSD Shipping could appeal a US court verdict that it dumped waste at sea and falsified entries in a log book.
But the shipowner said it was pleased the Louisiana jury acquitted it of obstructing justice by using a bypass pipe on the 104,000-dwt aframax Stavanger Blossom (built 2007).
