Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) has applied to list its Class A shares on the NYSE MKT.
The application by the New York tanker owner, which lost its listing when it filed for bankruptcy in late 2012, will carry out the listing without the previously planned initial public offering (IPO).
The shares are expected to begin trading under ticker OSG on 1 December.
