A queue of up to 70 tankers has formed at a key Venezuelan oil port following disruptions to operations.
Issues have pushed up loading times from a typical 40 hours to more than four days, Eudis Girot, an oil union leader, told Reuters.
He says the situation has been caused due to only four of 11 loading arms working, pushing ships back to Curacao island.
