Indonesian owner Soechi Lines is optimistic on growth prospects for its tanker and shipyard operations.
It is enjoying better rates for vessels and it believes that new cabotage laws will be good for orders for new vessels for coastal trade.
The company also said the country's demand for oil is still growing.
It plans to spend $30m on five vessels this year, the Jakarta Post reported.
