An Aegean Shipping chief engineer has been refused permission to return to Greece as he awaits trial on pollution charges in the US.
Panagiotis Koutoukakis has already been in South Carolina for more than six months in relation to the case of the 51,000-dwt tanker Green Sky (built 2014).
