Three tankers have been placed on an Iraqi blacklist for shipping crude from Kurdistan as tension between the two sides appeared to re-emerge.
Iraq’s State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO) has sent a letter to the owners of the 299,900-dwt Maran Centaurus (built 1995), 160,573-dwt Four Smile (built 2001) and 109,266-dwt SN Olivia (built 2010).
The vessels belong to Maran Tankers, Premuda and Scerni Di Nav respectively.
