A Signal Maritime-managed aframax has loaded the first cargo of crude from Libya’s Ras Lanuf terminal in two years.

The 113,000-dwt Seadelta (built 2009) has left the port with oil destined for Italy, Bloomberg said.

It is carrying 781,000 barrels of crude, a spokesman for Harouge Oil Operations told the news wire.

The vessel had withdrawn from the port earlier this week after fighting broke out again between forces from the national unity government and an eastern militia.
