Saudi Arabia is indicating it could be ready to strike a deal with Iran to limit oil production from OPEC members for the first time in two years.
Any agreement will likely not happen until the cartel's meeting in November.
But Saudi energy minister Khalid Al-Falih said Iran, Libya and Nigeria should be allowed to "produce at the maximum levels that makes sense," Bloomberg reported.
