Dubai’s Glander International Bunkering has merged with Norway’s Scandinavian Bunkering.
The Nordic outfit will change its name to Glander International Bunkering (Norway).
Glander said the move would provide new and improved resources through the union of two “very strong entities.”
Scandinavian operates from Norway and Singapore, giving Glander a second European base after Geneva.
All traders from Scandinavian will continue with the group.
Erik Rankin Vinde, the Norwegian company’s managing director, will head the renamed operation.
