Samsun Logix of South Korea may find itself under the control and management of Korea Line Corp (KLC) once it emerges from court rehabilitation.
Shipping players say KLC is now the major shareholder in Samsun with a near-74% stake, and KLC’s parent, Samla Midas, has had its eye on Samsun since last year.
Talk points to Samsun possibly surfacing from court proceedings by the end of this year.
