Two Norwegian KS (limited partnership) projects involving Chinese-built supramax bulkers have been fully subscribed, indicating renewed interest in dry tonnage.

The German-controlled, Taizhou Kouan-built, 57,000-dwt Nordic Stade (built 2011) and Nordic Buxtehude (built 2010) were offered to the market for $7.5m and $7.3m, respectively, with Lorentzen Skibs as managing owner of the Nordic Stade and Nordic Hamburg as commercial and technical manager.
