Nobu Su’s Today Makes Tomorrow (TMT) has lodged a lawsuit against JP Morgan Chase over allegations the US banking giant is wrongfully failing to turn over the Taiwanese shipowner’s cash.
The lawsuit filed in a US federal court in New York is a latest chapter in a legal battle that TMT chairman Su has waged against Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) over its handling of his accounts there.
