The latest outlook from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) offers a mixed outlook for clean tankers, with the seaborne trade in clean petroleum products facing low growth over the coming two decades.

OPEC’s 2016 World Oil Outlook forecasts the global clean products trade will grow from 17 million barrels per day (bpd) to 19 million bpd in the next 20 years.

But
