The protection-and-indemnity (P&I) entrepreneur who made a fortune from RaetsMarine is back in the insurance business with an outfit that aims to be a disruptively innovative influence on the way marine risk is transferred.

Martin Lanting’s ambitious new operation, 24 Vision Shipping Risk Solutions, wants to be a novel form of conduit between shipowners and underwriters, potentially taking brokers out of the insurance chain.
