The registered owners of two Stealth Maritime-linked tankers have launched legal and arbitration actions against Navig8 Group over the condition of the vessels as they ended their charters.
The two companies have filed lawsuits in a federal court in Delaware seeking to seize a combined $8.52m in Navig8 assets, and they have launched arbitration in London against the pool operator.
