Sources say China VLCC is in talks with four shipyards — Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding (SWS), CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (previously known as Guangzhou Shipyard International), Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry and Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Corp (DSIC) — with discussions still at the initial stage.
