The Hellenic Chamber of Shipping is arbitrating a dispute between two Piraeus-based companies over a share transfer deal for four bulkers that was left uncompleted, market sources say.

The row is said to involve Christiana Papageorgiou-led shipmanagement company Sea Justice and BWI Holdings, a company controlled by Donald McTaggart, who also heads Medmar Inc.

BWI is said to have agreed in 2015 to sell to Papageorgiou a 50% stake in the holding companies of all four bulkers then managed by Sea Justice.
