On Monday, Farstad, which has been struggling with its restructuring process, revealed the freeze on hire payments for the anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels — the 258-ton bollard pull (tbp) Far Senator and the 258-tbp Far Statesman (both built 2013).
Investors in Farstad’s two bonds have agreed not to take steps to enforce a default during the standstill period, which runs until 28 February.
