London office head David Peel hosted the select gathering last Friday at the historic and impressive Chandlers Hall, which is next door to RightShip’s new offices.
Warwick Norman, who has headed RightShip since the outset from its headquarters in Melbourne, Australia, flew in especially for the gathering.
He had another reason to celebrate, having just announced his retirement at the end of the year.
Peel, who used to work for Golar LNG, paid tribute to Norman.
“After my years working for John Fredriksen, I really wondered if I could ever find another job as satisfying — but that was before meeting Warwick,” he said.
