Navig8 Group is seeking the imprisonment of Indian businessman and sometime tanker charterer Inder Sharma — and has won a contempt order against him in Hong Kong.
The Hong Kong High Court has issued a warrant of committal against Sharma and, thus, brought to light a series of parallel court proceedings by Navig8 Chemical Pools in the US, England and Singapore.
