Greek tanker and bulker owner Centrofin is selling an 11-year-old capesize bulker to a compatriot owner.
The IHI-built, 170,000-dwt CE-Duke (built 2001) went for an undisclosed price, believed by some to be around $9m.
Centrofin bought the ship from Formosa Plastics in May 2006 as Formosabulk Duke for $56.6m.
The company probably recouped much of that investment during the year prior to the market crashing in 2008.
