The FLNG Hilli Episeyo, the world’s first LNG carrier-to-FLNG unit conversion, is due to leave Keppel Shipyard in Singapore in July using its own propulsion for the almost 8,000-kilometre (5,000-mile) sea voyage via the Cape of Good Hope to its new home off the coast of Kribi.

Those following the job on the floater say the plan is to sail it at a speed of between six and 10 knots.
