Greece’s Pleiades Shipping Agents has unveiled a new aframax newbuilding that will join its fleet.
The crude oil carrier, to be called Sperchios, is under construction at Namura Shipbuilding, Pleiades said in a posting on its website. The Japanese yard is scheduled to deliver the vessel to the Athens-based company in the first quarter of next year.
The ship has IMO number 9810513, the website of Pleiades states.
