Samskip chief executive Asbjorn Gislason is confident the Rotterdam-headquartered company's purchase of Norway's Nor Lines will get the green light from the competition authorities in Oslo.
Closure of the deal is expected at the beginning of September, according to a Nor Lines statement.
“We’ve been active in the Norwegian market for the past 20 years, so we’ve known about Nor Lines for a long time,” Gislason said.
