Alexey Ostapenko of Sovcomflot was elected to the board, replacing Sergey Popravko of Unicom, the Russian shipowner's Cyprus-based shipmanagement outfit.
It was also time for former Skuld chief executive Douglas Jacobsohn to end a three-year term on the board to concentrate on his English vineyard.
