Another of Europe's biggest shipyards is turning to building multi-million-euro mega-yachts, with Blohm+Voss (B+V) unveiling a new project.

B+V says it has secured a contract to deliver a mega-yacht in 2007, although it remains tight-lipped over details, including price.

Some of the world's biggest yachts cost more than a VLCC.

ThyssenKrupp-owned B+V built several yachts in the period 1987 to 1991, including the 105-metre Lady Moura.
